What is Rewind Mixtape?

Rewind Mixtape turns a memory, mood or era into a digital cassette mixtape. We generate Side A and Side B and export them as a playlist to Spotify or TIDAL.

Make a mixtape

  1. Hit ‘Create mixtape’ and pick a cassette length (C60 or C90).
  2. Describe the vibe: theme, mood, era or a memory.
  3. Optionally add must-have songs or a dedication.
  4. We generate Side A and B and export to your connected service.

Connect Spotify

Go to Settings and click ‘Connect Spotify’. We create playlists in your Spotify account. Tokens stay private and you can disconnect anytime.

Connect TIDAL

Go to Settings and click ‘Connect TIDAL’. As with Spotify, you can disconnect anytime.

Public or private

Your Rewind mixtape page and your Spotify/TIDAL playlist can each be set to public or private independently. Public mixtapes appear on Discover and can be remixed by others.

Remix, like & share

Open any public mixtape, tap ❤︎ to like, or hit ‘Remix’ to spin your own version. Share your tape with the share button or via your @username page.

Frequently asked questions

Some songs are missing — what now?
Not every track is on Spotify or TIDAL. We auto-replace where possible; for the rest use the manual export buttons to search.
Can I regenerate a mixtape?
Yes — open your mixtape and pick ‘Regenerate’, or tweak the inputs on the create page.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Danger zone → ‘Delete account’.
How do I change the language?
Use the language switcher in the header or set your preference in Settings.
